But, with our most recent release, you can now send highly targeted and personalized text messages. Not sure how to get SMS subscriber information into Delivra? Simply ask your subscribers for additional information on your Delivra sign up forms, or use our API or import process to add data from your CRM. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that you can now save a report based on the metrics and time period that are important to you. Once selected, all you need to do is save the report, give it a name and decide whether or not to make it available to others. Our new updates will not only help you do that but also narrow down your target audience so that you can reach the right customers with the right offering. Personalizing Forms with Custom Fields Personalizing the customer experience is key to driving long-term relationships. Capturing the data that drives this personalization (via forms) is only one part of the solution. You then need to make sure this information is easy to leverage at the customer level. This is where Personalizing Forms with Custom Table Fields comes in. It allows you to automatically store this information against individual customer profiles so you can use this information in real-time. No more API calls to transfer this data! Learn more about custom tables Simplifying Analytics Sorting through your campaign response data can be overwhelming and time consuming. That’s why we’ve enhanced Analytics with an Expand/Collapse option, allowing you to view the total performance of a multi-send campaign, then expand the view and see how each individual send performed. *Available for customers on all Delivra Licenses Automation Improvements We’ve made improvements to Automations that allow you to personalize the customer experience even further.
- Workflow improvements enable you to keep track of and alert relevant team members of a customer’s progress and engagement through the purchase journey- this is done in the Lead Alert step of the setup process. This provides greater visibility across teams, as well as the chance to further enhance and personalize the experience to drive that all-important conversion.
- We’ve expanded the data that can be used to trigger your automations. Now you can use contact data in combination with other data fields to drive automation decisions and increase personalization, providing greater flexibility when determining which automation path to send your customers, for eg: has redeemed or not redeemed voucher.

SMS Improvements We will be adding additional customizable fields for SMS records so that you can utilize those fields as merge tags in SMS campaigns and automations. You will be able to customize fields just like you can for email contacts.
