You already have the data. The question is whether you can actually do anything with it before it's too late to matter.
That's the idea behind our newest release, and it shows up in two places you use every day: a new in-app Notification Center that tells you the moment something needs your attention, and a redesigned Campaigns Dashboard and analytics experience that turns performance data into your next move instead of a number you have to go dig up.
Data that's technically available but hard to reach isn't actionable. It's just noise waiting to be found. This release closes that gap in two places at once: the moment something happens in your account, and the moment you go looking for performance data.
A Notification Center that meets you where you're working
Until now, Delivra's alerts—mailing failures, exhausted retries, contact limit warnings, import completions—went to one place: an admin inbox. If you weren't watching that inbox, or weren't the admin receiving those alerts, you simply didn't know.
Now there's a bell icon in the top bar, visible on every page, with a live unread count. Click it to open a panel with All and Unread tabs, a scrollable list of alerts, and a "mark all read" option. Each alert shows a timestamp and includes a link straight to the relevant screen. No more hunting for which mailing or import the alert is even about.
Click into any alert, and you get the full details: what happened, when, and the same action button pinned at the bottom. Need the full history? A "view all" drawer holds every notification you've ever received, not just the recent ones.
Email alerts aren't going anywhere; they still work exactly as they do today. But this newest release adds an extra channel, so when you’re working in Delivra, you see what matters without needing to babysit an inbox.
A Campaigns Dashboard that shows its work
The previous campaigns dashboard had a habit of hiding its own logic. For example, filters lived behind an icon with no indication of what was applied, so if rows went missing, you had no way to tell why.
The redesigned dashboard fixes that.
- Filtering is live—the list updates as you type or adjust filters, no search button required.
- Every applied filter shows up as a removable chip above the results, so you always know exactly what you're looking at.
- Columns are yours to add, remove, and reorder, and a card view sits alongside the table for when that layout fits better.
- Click a row, and the right action runs automatically.
Analytics built for making decisions
The new sent campaign analytics report opens to what matters most: headline campaign metrics, a conversion funnel, click performance, engagement over time, and more. Message previews and technical details (think delivery logs, test-send history) move to secondary tabs, because they're useful, but not the first thing you need. Other upgrades include:
Delivery tracking funnel
The table that used to represent delivery and tracking is gone, replaced by a funnel that shows the actual drop-off and clearly labeled figures that each state what they're measured against. One number, one meaning, every time.
Contact statuses
Recipients now live inline, with search, status filters, and a selection option for which fields to display, with no separate drill-down page required. Click a group of recipients like non-openers, clickers of a specific link, failures at one domain, and turn it directly into a tag, a segment, a resend, or a suppression. The report isn't just telling you what happened; it's handing you the next move.
Report timeframes
You can also scope the whole report to a time window, so a campaign that's a week old and one that's a day old compare fairly.
You control the layout
Reorder, resize, or hide sections—with that exact arrangement carried into the PDF export you share with your team. Sections you don't need simply don't show up, so the report always matches the type of campaign you actually sent, whether that's email, SMS, or MMS.
Turning analysis into taking action
Notifications and analytics might look like separate projects on a release notes page, but they're solving the same problem from two different angles. The Notification Center tells you the instant something needs attention. The campaigns dashboard and sent-campaign analytics experience make sure that once you're looking, you can act immediately, whether that means fixing a failed send or turning a list of non-openers into a segment.
Put them together, and you get a shorter path from "something happened" to "I did something about it." That's what making data actionable actually looks like in practice—not another chart, but fewer steps between insight and action.
