Inbox Snapshot
EmailAdvisor will evaluate the compatibility of your email message with different email clients so you can see how the email will look in over 52 different popular email clients, such as AOL or Hotmail. In less than 10 minutes the evaluation will be complete and you can see if there are any issues to be addressed. It will even check your spelling! This is the only automated, real-time email compatibility tool available.
Delivery Monitor
This powerful tool gauges whether your email messages are getting through to your intended inboxes or if they're being rerouted to "junk" folders. This powerful, real-time tool tests to see if your emails are getting through to recipients at more than 30 different ISPs and email providers. Your email goes to an "audit address," which is provided for testing and reporting purposes. Delivery Monitor checks the accounts at your audit address to see if your email is blocked, delivered to the inbox or sent to a spam folder. Because it's real-time reporting, you can pause a mailing and correct the issues before completing the send.
Content Analyzer
A word or phrase that sounds perfectly fine to you could actually be one that triggers a spam filter. The Content Analyzer tests your message against more than 30 different spam filters and advises you of possible problems before you send your email. It tests the header, keywords and body of the email for any potential content problems. Within minutes you'll receive notification that your report is ready. Then you can make any necessary adjustments to your email, test it again and send with assurance.
Blacklist Monitor
Your customers asked to receive your emails, so you won't be blocked, right? Not always. Your emails may still be inadvertently blacklisted, meaning they are blocked. Blacklist Monitor tells you if any of more than 60 major blacklist organizations have targeted the domains referenced in your emails so you can take steps to resolve the blockages. ISP Monitor
This tool tests for problems at more than 30 different Internet Service Providers (ISPs). Sometimes ISPs have problems that cause email delivery to be extremely slow. ISP Monitor alerts you to any problems at ISPs that your email is addressed to so you can postpone those addresses until the time that ISP is accepting mail at a regular rate. When could this help?
