Segment your list members to better target your messaging
- Send a message to a subset of your entire list
- Choose from almost endless possibilities to narrow your target
- Segmenting is easy and fast
Segmenting gives you the power to send emails to subsets of your
mailing list based on demographics or behaviors. For example, let's
say you have a sale on T-shirts next week. You can send your
message to everyone who has purchased other T-shirts in the past
six months. That is targeting based on past behavior. Or let's say
you're having a free health screening for women at your north-side
clinic. You can tell Delivra to send your message to everyone in
your database who lives in the ZIP codes on the north side of town,
is female and is aged 25-75.
When people use our segmenting feature, they are pleasantly
surprised at how robust it is. You can literally segment by almost
any criteria tracked in your database or by members' past activity.
For example, you can segment based on recipients that have clicked
on links in previous mailings or have not opened a mailing. It's
very simple to select your audience for a particular mailing.
Drop-down menus for each field (age, address, recent surveys taken,
etc.) let you segment as narrow as you like. There's no code to
understand - the fields appear in layman's terms. But if you have
programmers on staff, they have the option to make more advanced
segmenting requests.
