Forget impersonal bulk email! Delivra lets you personalize your email so that each recipient feels you were writing just to him or her. Personalization falls into two basic categories: mail merge and dynamic content.

First, mail merge gives you the ability to insert information from any field in your list database and insert it wherever you indicate in your email. For example, address your email to "Dear John" or "Dear Mr. Doe." Maybe elsewhere in the email you want to mention where the recipient lives. Instead of simply stating "in your neighborhood," you can say "in Shady Acres." Whatever information you have collected about the members of your mailing list is available to use to make your emails more personal...and more effective.

Second, you may personalize with dynamic content, that is to say, changing content. Delivra's ability to personalize in this way is above the average email program on the market. We enable you to replace entire blocks of copy in your email based on preferences provided by the people in your list. For example, let's say you run a civic center that brings in all sorts of entertainment, ranging from the circus, to rock concerts, to ballet. Quite a diverse offering, isn't it? Well, instead of telling the monster truck maniac about the opera, you can personalize your email to send information about upcoming events that the fan of monster trucks has told you are preferred. There is no limit to the number of preferences you set up. Your list members simply indicate their preferences when they opt in to your email list.
