Your mailing list is vital to your email marketing efforts. When customers, prospects or associates give you their email addresses along with permission to send them marketing emails, you've acquired a precious asset. Delivra is dedicated to providing you the tools to manage the valuable commodity that is your opt-in subscriber list.
Note that we used the term "opt-in" for a reason. Our terms of service do not permit the sending of unsolicited bulk email. To ensure the integrity of your reputation and ours, we do not permit any emails that could be considered spam. In other words, you may send only to email addresses that have subscribed to your updates, said "yes" to receiving promotions or otherwise have given you permission to email them. And that permission should be direct - using a purchased, rented or harvested list is not allowed. This policy is in place so that our ability to deliver your messages to subscribers who want them is not jeopardized by spam complaints from recipients who don't welcome hearing from you.
Add list members
Import many list members at a time from either a text file or Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file, or add members one at a time using our intuitive, easy-to-learn web interface. Additionally, you can subscribe to scripted FTP or API services to automate list member uploads.
Keep track of list members
View list members in a number of ways to decide what messages they receive. Look up individual list members or find all members who meet certain criteria. It's easy to review their history to see what mailings they've received and what actions they took. That information can help you engage your recipients with relevant content.
Export a list to your computer
Do you need a copy of the list for another use? You can save your entire list, or some segment of it, to your computer on-demand in a format that can be imported by a number of programs, including Microsoft Excel.
Avoid spam complaints by banning addresses
You may ban any email address to prevent that address from ever being subscribed to your list. Banned addresses are not only unsubscribed automatically, but are also prevented from being re-imported to your list, so you can be certain that people who have complained about receiving your email are never re-added by mistake. These list-level bans work in conjunction with server-level bans, which prevent all Delivra clients from sending to entire domains that no longer exist or are known not to welcome commercial mail of any kind.
