Help WantedA prerequisite for working at Delivra is that one must take customer service seriously. It's part of our institutional DNA here. We've remained in business for over 10 years in a crowded and competitive market, and done so without taking on debt or seeking outside investment. You can't build a company like that, funded solely by operating profits, without attracting and retaining satisfied clients. We consider ourselves fortunate that we don't answer to a board of directors, or to venture capitalists, or to shareholders who have no attachment to the work we do every day. Rather, we get to focus exclusively on the needs of our customers, because it's only to them that we're accountable. 

One result of our recent growth (thank you, Delivra clients!) is that we not find ourselves in need of a new person to lead our customer service efforts. Today, we've posted a job opening for a Director of Client Services. Customer service will always be part of everyone's job at Delivra, but it will be this person's full-time job to ensure that, as we continue to grow, our services -- technical support, creative services, and training among them -- continue to meet the expectations of our clients. 

We don't put much emphasis on fancy job titles here at Delivra, so I should clarify that this is a management position reporting directly to the CEO. If you share our commitment to customer service, and have experience that demonstrates you can implement processes and programs that result in customer satisfaction, why not apply today?
