One result of our recent growth (thank you, Delivra clients!) is that we not find ourselves in need of a new person to lead our customer service efforts. Today, we've posted a job opening for a Director of Client Services. Customer service will always be part of everyone's job at Delivra, but it will be this person's full-time job to ensure that, as we continue to grow, our services -- technical support, creative services, and training among them -- continue to meet the expectations of our clients.
We don't put much emphasis on fancy job titles here at Delivra, so I should clarify that this is a management position reporting directly to the CEO.
