When Apple decided to release their newest iOS update for their devices without Google Maps, it was a bold move - a decidedly bad one. Despite record sales for the iPhone 5, there has also been a record amount of discontent as people began using Apple's own Apple Maps on their device. Misplaced subways, airports, and streets were among the issues encountered. Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, signed a note apologizing. Not good.

Since 12:01 AM this morning (Monday, July 23) I've deleted 8 emails from retailers, 2 of which were completely unique emails from the same store...ahem Jo-Ann Stores. Yesterday, I deleted 14 and the day before I deleted 29. And, if you count in other shopping or discount email programs like Gilt, HauteLook, Zulily, Living Social, Groupon or Angie's List... well, add another 6ish emails to the list.
