Neil Berman, President and Founder of Delivra, established Delivra in 1999 to be a different kind of email marketing company. In this industry, reputation is everything, so Delivra started with Neil's two simple rules:
1: Stay in business.
2: Stay out of trouble.
To that end, Delivra is a debt-free, privately owned and operated business located in the heart of the Midwest - and those down-home values of honesty, loyalty, and hard work permeate the organization. This means we're not beholden to a single customer or vendor: we're able to do what's best for our customers and our employees without the same "bottom-line" pressure present in so many of our competitors.
Other companies talk about customer service - at Delivra we go well beyond lip service. The entire organization is structured from the ground up with the customer in mind. Once you establish an account with Delivra, you begin a relationship with a trusted partner focused on making you look good. You won't call into an offshore call center or have to wade through dozens of phone prompts to speak with someone that doesn't know you: you'll know the NAME of the person you're going to call and that person will know yours!
If you have the opportunity to visit the North side of Indianapolis, Delivra would love to host you for a tour of the facility. You'd be welcomed with open arms to our beautiful lakeside office. The casual work environment is truly unique. On most days, you'll see Delivra staff meeting in the hallways or offices, making decisions without dealing with red-tape and bureaucracy. The tight-knit Management Team makes resources available to everyone to respond to customer needs as quickly as appropriate: Delivra staff members don't sit in meetings about meetings - we'd prefer to be working. Of course, if you stop by on a Friday, you'd better come at lunch time: you'll find the Delivra staff out on the deck grilling out lunch provided by the company. If there's inclement weather - no worries - Delivra will have lunch catered.
